聚丙烯纤维的吸湿性和染色性
聚丙烯纤维的吸湿性和染色性在化学纤维中是最差的,几乎不吸湿,其回潮率小于0.03%。细旦丙纶具有较强的芯吸作用,水汽可以通过纤维中的毛细管来排除。制成服装后,服装的舒适性较好,尤其是超细丙纶纤维,由于表面积增大,能更快地传递汗水,使皮肤保持舒适感。由于纤维不吸湿且缩水率小,丙纶织物具有易洗快干的特点。
The hygroscopicity and dyeing property of polypropylene fibers are the worst among chemical fibers. It hardly absorbs moisture and its moisture regain is less than 0.03%. Fine denier polypropylene fibers have strong wicking effect, and water vapor can be eliminated by capillaries in the fibers. After making clothes, the comfort of clothes is better, especially the superfine polypropylene fibers. Because of the increase of surface area, sweat can be transmitted more quickly and skin can be kept comfortable. Because the fibers do not absorb moisture and shrinkage is small, polypropylene fabric has the characteristics of easy washing and quick drying.
丙纶的染色性较差,颜色淡,染色牢度差。普通燃料均不能使其染色,有色丙纶多数是采用纺前着色生产的。可采用原液着色、纤维改性,在熔融纺丝前掺混燃料络合剂。
Polypropylene fibers have poor dyeability, light color and poor dyeing fastness. Ordinary fuels can not make it dyed. Colored polypropylene fibers are mostly produced by pre-spinning coloring. It can be modified by dyeing with raw liquor and blending with fuel complexing agent before melt spinning.
